Pathfinder Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Pathfinder Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Pathfinder machine to ensure efficient production output. This role ensures materials are processed according to specifications while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Pathfinder machine according to production requirements and work instructions.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal functioning.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust controls as needed to maintain proper speed, alignment, and material feed.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products, verifying accuracy and quality.
• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or diagrams related to machine operation.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Perform quality checks and ensure all output meets company specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and communicate major issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience operating industrial machinery, preferably a Pathfinder machine or similar equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand work orders.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
