Honoring 911 Telecommunicators
The Golden Headset Award highlights the extraordinary work of public safety workers. The job is difficult and emotionally taxing, but lives are saved every day by their efforts. In 2022, Concept Seating partnered with the Foundation to create the Golden Headset Award.
This quarterly award recognizes public safety professionals who have:
- Made an exceptional impact
- Demonstrate leadership
- Bring positivity to the profession, community, and callers
Individuals are nominated by their peers and judging is done by a panel of public safety professionals. This is just one small way to recognize the many public safety heroes and raise awareness of their stories.
