The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficient flow of orders within the organization.   • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s database or order management system.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all order information is recorded correctly.
  • Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details, address any inquiries or concerns, and provide updates on order status.
  • Assist in resolving any order-related issues, such as shipment delays, product availability, or billing discrepancies, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and process Credit References to assess the creditworthiness of applicant
  • Process orders and submit invoices for payment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and shipping, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure order information is processed correctly.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally and provide clear order status updates.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems, databases, and other relevant software tools; fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve order-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
